Moved over to Pet Practice today and what a difference. The care, kindness, and time taken to really get to know my dog was amazing to see. He’s quite anxious due to having had very regular vet appointments, but the team made such an effort to put him at ease and build trust. It means so much to see him feel more relaxed and comfortable. I called Pets Practice today regarding my dog’s premolar fracture and received such kind and thoughtful advice from Jazmin. This is not my normal practice but I needed to call for some extra advice on how to proceed. Jazmin went above and beyond explaining everything to me and telling me what my options were giving me so much of her time.
