I feel that I’ve had so much support and truly compassionate care during the years that I’ve been with Pilgrims. Particularly recently as it’s been pretty tough, somehow 4 animals have been under their care, all at once, from ponies to my dog and my cat, and it’s made such a big difference knowing that they have the animals’ interests at the forefront and that they care as much as I do. Kindness, professionalism, above and beyond care, checking up to see how things are, and, today, having their support and kindness when a particular battle we were facing together was lost.
