My dog was attacked on saturday and they saw him, even though he was not registered with them, they just registered him whilst we were there. They saw us as soon as we arrived, and vet we saw was lovely, so kind and understanding as my dog was traumatised and in shock and a lot of pain. Thank you, you are a life saver!

We had the nightmare experience of taking a very poorly 14 year old Terrier to the new Newark Road Branch, tonight. with a joint conclusion between us and the Vet, that crossing the rainbow bridge was the only option, both the Vet and the Receptionists were absolutely brilliant, compassionate, caring and extremely supportive. We were given a recommendation for cremation, which we will use. We can honestly say that for such a painful experience, this new Branch of Rase Vets has given us outstanding care, we both really appreciated everything done for our Pet and us as a couple.
