Requiring the services of Rossdales once again following our previous engagement in March 2023, I must express my satisfaction. From the initial phone call to interactions with the reception, I had the pleasure of conversing with a delightful lady who exhibited compassion and kindness. During the veterinary visit, the highly knowledgeable Kate demonstrated both compassion and understanding, leading to a collaborative decision on the optimal approach for my pony.
