Receptionist said they accept the lifelong vaccination plan. They ended up trying to bill me and called me a liar when I said that I’d mentioned I’m on the lifelong plan and that the receptionist accepted this when booking. It wasn’t until they listened back to the phone call and spoke with the business owner that they finally dropped the charge that they were sending me threatening texts to pay!!! Ended up booking back into the vets I had just left as the staff here were SO unprofessional and rude.
