⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Outstanding Care – Truly Grateful We cannot thank the team enough for the incredible care they give to our dog, Lillie. They always go above and beyond to fit us in, even at short notice, and nothing is ever too much trouble. The level of care, kindness and professionalism is second to none. Lillie is always treated with such love and gentleness, and it gives us total peace of mind knowing she is in the very best hands. Had an appointment at 9:30 was there 20 mins before and didn’t get seen to until 10:00 there was no one in there hardly first thing in the morning. Was in and out with vaccines for both dogs within 5 minutes and the prices have gone up 25% in a year. Ridiculous do we not get a discount for waiting? You get paid by the hour right? Don’t get discount by the hour. £149 for 5 minutes.

An excellent level of service, all details are carefully explained and the care of the animals is second to none. More than happy to remain a customer and would have no hesitation in recommending this business.
