This is based on my first visit here ๐Ÿ˜Š Easy to find Plenty of parking by the surgery, and off road parking is available The staff were friendly and well informed Very thorough check up on my cat, and the vet was really friendly Prices I would say are probably standard for the industry? Overall, very happy ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿป

After a bad and disrespected appointment at the rspca, I decided to take my missy to ashcroft and pay full price for a different vet to see her. And what a big difference it was, the reception lady's were lovely pointed me in the right direction and very understanding ill be forever greatful for your kindness, also there was 2 vet ladies my missy saw 1 at ashcroft and 1 at barns copdock, a big thank you for making us feel comfortable in missy's last few days. They spoke with missy and offered her little treats made her feel comfortable, even when she called missy though missy followed with her tail wagging, it was really nice to see There was 1 thing I didn't like and that was when we went to Copdock to have missy pts our appointment time 5.10, we got there 5.08 missy was sniffing around, I was abit upset and was trying to get my breath to be able to take her in, by 5.12 they where calling me as I was walking through the door, that made me feel a little uncomfortable and rushed, To these vets and receptionist that helped me a huge thank you big respect to you :-)

If you truly care about your pet, avoid this clinic. Their focus seems to be on profit rather than animal welfare. Despite 14 visits, they failed to resolve my petโ€™s issues, which ultimately required intervention from another veterinarian to fix problems that this practice caused. If you care about your pet please please avoid.
