My partner rung to try and get some help for a 6 day old puppy as he had gone really week and was struggling to breath, the lady stopped him and told him to wait, obviously forgot to mute or put him on hold as we heard her speaking to a colleague saying she hated the word pup and that he was struggling to breath and blah blah blah. So rude!! So much for caring.

Amazing kindness from the staff at the vet center. It's always busy. Lovely tea room while you wait. They have helped save Honey's eye. My own vet wanted to remove her eye or put her to sleep.

First visit after hearing good reports of the food. Busy Sunday morning, ordered the full English breakfast. We didn't have long to wait before it arrived. Good value for money, nice size portions. Slight criticism part of our hash browns were still cold on both our plates.
