In 12 years I only had one good vet who ended up leaving, after that we had different vets everytime, I ended up reqesting the same vet as my dog was wary with strangers, felt like there was no care it was only money to them, being switched between kessingland and beccles constantly, just felt like the vet was scared of my dog and didnt want to be near him, felt like I had no support or guidence towards the end of my dogs life, they were just finding ways to get money rather than thinking of what was best for my dog, I got him put to sleep with rainbow bridge at home, even after he passed I was receiving missed calls from the vets and no one could tell me why, even though I had asked them to remove our details as there service was no longer needed before he passed. Id never recommend and I'd never go back, wish I'd of changed from them along time ago.

Three Rivers Vets in Kessingland are lovely, the staff are so kind, caring, friendly and helpful. Dr. Jude was very gentle with Blossom when he gave her her vaccination. I highly recommend this veterinary practice.

The vets in kessingland has been renovated and yes it looks smart, unfortunately if you have a pet that's anxious around other animals there's no room to keep them separated unless you wait outside. I've always found the staff to be very friendly and professional. We're very particular where our pet goes to (after all they're a member of the family) and were more than happy to come here. I do think that for when there's pets who get clampet bum and point blank refuse to go in maybe the vets could set aside appointment times for the pet to be brought into the waiting room given a couple of treats stay for just a few minutes and leave to show its not always traumatic (I now its not always) to visit the vets
