Thank you to the wonderful vets who helped save my pony who had colic. Beth and Charlotte were brilliant, professional, knowledgeable and compassionate. We had multiple visits at all hours of the day and night. They were also more than happy to provide support and advice over the phone between visits. I was happily surprised by the bill as well. It is definitely less than I anticipated for the quality and frequency of the service we received. I strongly recommend team Tor equine!

We had a very negative experience with this vet being over an hour late for the appointment charging by the minute (!) 250£ per hour for basic service. Please note that in order to build up the billable time this vet will chat you up, joke around and do anything other than what they are hired to do. For this kind of money me as a customer demand a minimum respect and sadly Tor Vets can’t offer it. Save your money and time and give your business to someone who deserves it.

Where do I start Richard attend my daughter and granddaughter horse on Friday evening with a case of colic Sadly and quickly we had to make a very difficult decision to have Zal put down. At no time did we feel rushed and the empathy Richard showed was first class. I'm so proud of the girls in being brave and making the choice for Zal to be out of pain all be it a difficult choice. Richard took time which helped us in our decision making; a difficult night for us all. Sleep tight black beauty 🖤
