Emma was very lovely, clear and concise with the information she was giving us as first time pet owners who were travelling abroad with our doggies! Everything was meticulously explained, what to expect and how the process worked. Massively appreciate you, and the doggies and the fam had a fabulous time in France and Belgium! Would recommend Emma for all your pet travel doc needs! Thank you so much!

Fantastic, fast and efficient service. Emma picked up a mistake by our vet (giving kennel cough and rabies vaccination at the same time) and in doing so saved our holiday. Very reasonable prices, much cheaper than quotetd by other vets in our area. Emma talked us through the paperwork, pointing out the important parts and explaining the worming process for the return to the UK. Highly recommend.

Emma is truly a godsend! Her help in getting our dog from one overseas location to another was absolutely essential. From the moment we contacted her, she made everything seamless and easy for us to understand and complete. She is incredibly communicative, efficient, and genuinely kind to both us and our pet. We reached out to Emma about two months before our departure to arrange an EHC, and by the time our appointment arrived, she had everything organized and ready for review. She even provided a folder with all of our pet’s documents, which I handed over at the airport and breezed through thanks to everything being in perfect order. If you’re in need of the service and are considering working with Emma, DO IT! P.S. our little guy says thanks from our new home 🏡❤️
