  A good start - although over priced. Unfortunately things went south after I lost my job and became unwell and missed one payment on their ‘health plan’. I was sent multiple threatening letters/texts and despite explaining the circumstances, their demands remained. No understanding or goodwill. I have informed them that our two dogs (who had been multiple times at a cost of £000s) will now be leaving the practice to one with better service, more compassion and which isn’t solely focused on profit.

  Can't speak a bad word in regards to this vets. We took our cat in for a suspected UTI and she was given treatment along with medication. Was a little pricey but my animals are priceless to me. We then rang up the next day to find a lot of blood in her urine. Within 10 minutes we was being seen by Michelle. Honestly Michelle was amazing she explained everything how much it was etc. She gave us a few alternatives which was amazing and honestly she went above and beyond. We where so grateful. Michelle 5*+ to you x

  I used this vets for the first time to get my beagles teeth cleaned. My normal vet wanted to charge me upwards of £500, along with other vets I enquired with. This practice gave me a price over the phone, much cheaper than anywhere else. I took my dog in last week for the procedure, what brilliant staff! They explained exactly what they were going to do and how much any extras would be. When I picked him up they told me in detail what they had done and showed me the x-rays. We went back for a follow up and the girls at the practice all came and gave my boy a cuddle and Dan the vet spent time with us telling us what to do for Gs teeth going forward. I am so impressed with this practice. Thank you to all of you xx
