I truly trust Arthur with my life (and thankfully the lives of our rabbits too). V4P newtownabbey have never turned us away or let us down when we need them. Arthur always does his best to try save us some money too which is so appreciated! Receptionists are always kind and understanding

The staff are amazing and so good with our wee furbabies. They were especially caring and understanding when I had to take my in-laws elderly pup in when she was at the end 😢 Rebecca particularly was so fantastic and helped us deal with what was a devastating decision. Couldn’t praise them highly enough for their dedication and care.

I was quoted a price over the phone for first time vaccinations. When I got there the price was almost double with their hidden add ons. I had a disagreement over this and left. Sometime later, my adult daughter would also used them need and appointment. She was told that they wouldn't see her because of the disagreement I had. I contacted the Royal College of Veterinary Surgeons with a view to making a complain but my daughter said they weren't worth it. Clearly the person who made the decision not to see my daughters dog is more concerned with petty revenge than the welfare of animals.
