Today I took my 18 year old cat to be euthanized at the Fulwell practice. May I thank all the staff for their professionalism and care during this sad time. From entering to be greeted by their receptionist to the vet seeing me out I was grateful for their understanding and compassion. Thank you very much all of you, you made a very difficult evening manageable.

My two jackahuahua dogs Penelope and Daisy were taken here after they were tragically attacked by a huge aggressive dog in July this year. The staff were amazing and gave our babies the best care before they sadly were put to sleep. Thank you Sunderland vets4pets (Fulwell) for giving us the chance to say goodbye to our two babies it honestly meant the world to us. It was heartbreaking seeing them in that state but you helped ease the pain for them and I will be forever grateful. People always have something to say when it’s negative but I have to say they were absolutely amazing and allowed my angels to pass away peacefully. I couldn’t have asked for more. Thank you so much for your care and compassion after such a horrible ordeal ❤️ words can’t even express how grateful I am

All staff are friendly helpful and brilliant. Vets are amazing. Best vet I have ever used. They clearly all love animals and are always trying to make things easy eg. Sending out regular meds etc. Superb.
