Very helpful in an emergency They will see you within 15 mins of arriving and did a really good check up on my dog. They had to keep her in overnight but they kept me informed on what was happening and how my dog was. I will use again if I have too. Thank-you to the great team at Wimborne

Incredible level of care and service from the whole vets now team in Bournemouth. Although our beautiful boy suddenly passed away aged 8 from a ruptured tumour on his spleen, the way it was handled with compassion and care was faultless. Unlike our home vet in Bournemouth who couldn’t fit us in (despite them being open and despite it being an emergency) Rebecca took the time to find out what was happening and giving us different options to consider. We exceptional customer service came after Marley passed and the package we got with Marleys ashes, paw and nose print and handwritten note so beautifully packaged with forgetmenot seeds to plant in his memory. We are so grateful Marley was in such wonderful hands in his last moments and a huge thank you to lindow reception team who were there today and also shared the compassion and care of the vets now team. Thank you so much x

Very calm, caring approach. We were not rushed and were given plenty of time to ensure we understood everything. Our cat was cared for brilliantly and is recovering very well. Despite being busy, the wait was not excessive, and staff were friendly and welcoming, chatting with us occasionally as we waited.
