Really responsive, professional and caring. Excellent service. The only thing I could fault was the addition of an admin fee for processing insurance claims on top of call out fee which is unreasonable given that the latter is not cheap.

Vicky, the vet on duty and reception staff cannot be faulted, they were all I wanted for my cat, Scampi and more, having been thrown into an unexpected situation. They showed compassion, empathy and care and gave me all the information I needed and put me at ease that Scampi would be looked after and have the necessary treatment. Scampi is now making a good recovery having had a back leg removed which was the outcome of his horrible injury and is definitely happier and on the mend. Thank you to the team at Vets Now 😊

Prompt, helpful and effective service for an emergency call out (injuries sustained during a nasty cat fight). But was shocked by the incredibly expensive mandated call out charge, over £300 and that wasn’t including the treatment costs. So, I had no issues with the veterinary care provided. But I think the mandated call out charge is unreasonable. I’d like to know how such a high price is justified.
