  Flea and tick subscription £15 a month , but you have to remebr to call and ask them to order it because "we have a lot of pets so we wouldn't be able to order it all our selves" . You then call to order it and they don't even text or email say uts arrived so you forget for another week 🤣 the vets then selves for other vet bits are amazing , and the flea treatment is the best I've ever used . Love this vets but they need to sort the subscription out , I get it makes then money because you forget and end up paying more but it does make me look at dofferent vet options

  The best vets, the vets are so good, and the vets are so good, they are not overly expensive like pets at home, I would always take my cats there, really recommend them, especially the one in hill lane Southampton 😀

  Love these Vets. I moved away from them once and it was such a collosal mistake. Our cats are treated with genuine care and they take their welfare personally every single time. They even stepped up against my crafty insurance company that tried not to pay out which honestly blew me away as I never expected them to go that extra mile, and I was truly grateful to Emma for her help there! Today I saw Nicola after it was recommended I come in asap with Koda, Nicola saw to Kodas needs beautifully. She was absolutely brilliant. I felt like my concerns were heard and Nicola addressed everything raised. We walked away fully equipped to take on Kodas UTI, having his sample checked in house. Thanks Vets4Pets Hill Lane! 🫶🏻
