Sadly I had to have my dog pts and despite notifying the practice I still kept getting text messages. On contacting them to challenge this I spoke to Jess and she could not have cared any less if she tried saying ‘it’s just my job lovely’ when I asked for the reminders to be cancelled. Awful practice and not recommended:(

They were very gentle with my kitten and always make sure he feels calm and comfortable during visits. The vets, receptionist and staffs take the time to explain everything clearly, which really reassures me as a pet owner. They’re patient, kind, and you can tell they truly care about animals. From vaccinations to general check-ups, the service has always been excellent.
