Took my rabbit to be neutered. Staff were very friendly, explained everything & answered any questions. Also with the Pets Health Club the cost of the operation was lower than anywhere else.

One of my cats was run over and killed. Helen rang me straight away and I came straight there. She was exceptional. I couldn't of asked for better. I then took my other cats back fir a pre check and she asked me how we all was. Which was lovely that she remembered who I was.

1st & last time we went here, as our normal vet didn't have a slot for us so advised here instead. Total waste of time & money. Our dogs dew claw was snapped back the way, for a 2nd time. Took her in expecting them to knock her out & remove nail. But no. Even though she was being held & muzzled (not vicious, kindest dog ever, did as a precaution) for examination, vet seemed too scared to touch her. Decides to pull on it with her awake, making her screech in pain. Puts a cone on her which was pointless, gave medication & said bring her back next week. Total waste of time & money. Paid over £130 for nothing. Rebooked with original vet, but she'll still have to go til next week in pain. Absolutely gutted, that our poor girl has to suffer more than she should've had to, all because she was seen by a unless vet.
