  I’m so grateful for the outstanding care my horse and I receive from Tom and the entire team. Tom is a brilliant vet — calm, knowledgeable, and genuinely compassionate. The admin team are also fantastic — always friendly, efficient, and supportive. A special thank you to Jasmine, who consistently goes above and beyond. Her kindness, professionalism, and attention to detail make a real difference and never go unnoticed. Thank you all for being such a reliable and caring team. I wouldn’t want to be anywhere else!

  I had a horse vetted and was really pleased with the service as I’m a one off client out of area. The vet called me before attending just to check if anything I was concerned about and to double check what I intend to do with the horse. Really good feedback after the vetting and he responded with a call back when I asked some questions.
