Registered our 2 girls with Wilsons not long ago as previous vet let us down horrifically with our other dog, and last week needed to see vets as one of our girls developed a limp which wasn't getting better after a few days. Had no problem getting an appointment the same day at a time best for us with a follow up X-ray booked for 2 days after for 11 am ( didn't have to leave my girl there at 8.30 am til they got round to her like previous vets) , and all the staff I met there (receptionists, nurses and Matt the vet) were lovely, genuinely cared for my girl, gave options and lots of information and were very helpful. Pricing was really good too and the waiting area not crammed. So happy I made the decision to be with Wilsons. Thank you guys! Pip says thank you too :)

We moved to Wilsons a few years ago and we are so glad we did. The professionalism, support, empathy and care shown by Alistair and his team has been nothing short of excellent. The information he gave us to understand hearing a rather sad diagnosis helped enormously and come the day, his care and manner provided real comfort knowing our beloved waggy tail went to sleep with dignity and care.
