  Wow! Can't thank Animal House and in particular vet Sam for the outstanding care and treatment of my cat Poppy. They did everything they possibly could to spare myself and Poppy the trauma of having to go back again (she is a huge challenge to get in a carrier, being a rescued feral!) She had been unwell for several days but after a thorough exam/tests the cause was diagnosed and after a couple of hours at home she is already almost back to normal. Sam, thankyou again so much for your care and understanding

  A huge heartfelt thank you to Charlotte & the rest of amazing staff for sending our Douglas to doggy heaven. Such compassion & care was shown every step of the way. One of the hardest things for a family to do, which you made as bearable as possible Thank you

  Always get excellent care when visiting with my 3 dogs I’m a very regular visitor with Honey one of my 3 whose fighting an awful disease Everyone at the practice know and love Honey and she loves seeing them even when poorly Special mention to vet Zoe who treats Honey with special love and care xx
