All staff we have been in contact with or met, with our Chocolate Labrador now 14 months, have been informative in answering our questions, suggest and recommend helpful tips. They have a caring approach. Would recommend the monthly care plan they offer which we took out when we first registered Alfie. Also they send reminders by text of appointments and when he is due his flea, tick monthly tablet.

Since joining Bilton we’ve have only positive things to say - all of the reception staff, nurses and vets are friendly and professional. As a first time dog owner I often have lots of questions and I never feel rushed during appointments. We’re incredibly sad to be leaving due to relocation but would definitely recommend to anyone.
