The surgery is clean and tidy in all areas with good seating area. The Reception staff are always friendly and happy to help with any questions or when booking appointments. The vets and nurses are also friendly, approachable and happy to answer any questions or queries. The pricing structure is fair and explained at each level. Great service from all involved in running this surgery.

Over two weeks ago my baby boy Stacey had to be put to sleep after having a stroke. It’s a very sad time for me. Valeria was absolutely amazing ever since he had a heart condition, always looked after him until the end. I also want to thank Cassie and Bella for being so supportive through a difficult time, the staff here are absolutely amazing , they sent me a sympathy card after Stacey passed. I can’t thank them all enough for what they have done . I would recommend this place to anyone.

Small animal practice. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Separate dog and cat kennels. One vet consult room and one small nurses consult room. Vet and nurse clinics by appointment only. It has ultrasound and in house laboratory but no xrays facilities (these are at the Whitstable branch). Now also offers the healthy pet scheme.
