We unfortunately had to take our unwell guinea pig to Bridge. We were able to get an appointment within an hour and a half. When we arrived, the nurse went above and beyond in making him comfortable and warm. The next day we took him back and made the heartbreaking decision to put him to sleep. We were given as much time as we needed to say goodbye. A week later we received a card with some wild flower seeds. All the staff were extremely caring and understanding and genuinely kind. We will always use them for our other pets. I'd highly recommend Bridge Vets

Such lovely staff at this practice! My cat needed a blood test but has heart issues so I didn’t want her to have the stress of a car journey (cars being her least favourite thing). Annie listened to my concerns and went out of her way to arrange for a house visit. Leanne and India duly arrived and couldn’t have been kinder, more patient and more professional, with both the cat and me! They’re a credit to the practice and I couldn’t imagine better. Thank you!

Taken my ferrets in today for a small op. The staff were caring and understanding, and I felt they cared more about the animals than the money which is a welcoming change.
