awful place that shouldn’t be trusted with anybody’s beloved animals. I took my cat here as an incident happened causing an injury, he gave her main medicine and told me to just let her rest and that would be it, something didn’t sit right with me so I took her to a second vet where they looked at her properly as this place hadn’t and the second vet immediately said she had brain damage and a severe head injury and had to be euthanised as any further treatment would be ineffective and she would inevitably starve or dehydrate to death if left. The second vet later tried to contact this vet in which they dodged the calls and were unable to get a hold of. Shocking that they didn’t do any checks to see if she was responding to light etc which would have indicated a brain injury and told me to leave my poor cat to rest which would have prolonged suffering, after bringing this up to this vet he then screamed down the phone to me and was extremely aggressive . I’ve reported him and his awful veterinary practise
