We have been twice to Gibson & Jones. Both times with our mice. Both experiences have been fantastic. They are genuinely a kind & caring vets. We are more than happy with our treatments for the mice. The staff were really kind to our son when we had to put his mouse down. They were really respectful to all of us at a sad time.

A few weeks ago, we had to say goodbye to my best friend, Bruno—the most loving and caring dog I've ever had. We adopted him when he was 10 and shared six incredible years filled with adventures. But like all of us, he grew older, and his time eventually came. We reached out to several vets for help, but most seemed more focused on money than on genuinely caring for our situation. Then we found Gibson and Jones in Gowerton, and they were truly exceptional. They were compassionate, deeply understanding of our feelings, and gave us the time we needed without rushing anything. We chose just to have the sedation, and the next day, when we returned to settle the payment, we were overwhelmed with gratitude. They had prepared a beautiful, thoughtful card with Bruno’s paw print, along with a small jar of his fur. It was such a touching gesture. I highly recommend Gibson and Jones for any pet needs.
