I’m so grateful to Cristina for treating my pony. Not only is she kind and compassionate, her acupuncture skills are second to none. At first I was sceptical about acupuncture - but now believe it has helped him to feel more comfortable and regulated.

Cristina and the team have been amazing with our Labrador Buddy who went off his back legs last July. We found Cristina through a Google search after our regular vets pretty much gave up all hope for him. We never gave up hope though and from her first visit she has administered Acupuncture and Electro and beautiful gentle care and has managed to bring Buddy back to walking again! It’s been a journey but it’s been incredible and he’s going from strength to strength! We can’t recommend her highly enough or thank her for everything she has done. Thanks to Cristina, Buddy is living his best life!

Cristina/Healing Tails has been amazing! Lilly, our 12-year-old yellow labrador, had a disc bulge injury in April this year, followed by a sepsis infection due to the steroid treatment she was on, resulting in her needing two skin flap operations. Initially, after the disc bulge, Lilly was unable to walk and then following the two major procedures she had to be confined to a small area, and during these times the main physical stimulation to her legs and back were the acupuncture and laser treatment that Cristina provided. Cristina has visited us to see Lilly regularly since then, overseeing her physical and emotional recovery and has also provided laser treatment to promote the recovery of very large wounds and we are overjoyed with the miraculous recovery and progress Lilly has made. Cristina is always professional, calm, kind, reassuring, joyful and knowledgeable and has reviewed and advised us on all aspects of Lilly’s care. She has been a constant help and support throughout a very difficult period.
