Natalia Mollon falsified equine passport details causing a disruption to my insurance claim and caused an issue with the insurability of my horse. She marked an equine passport as her date of attendance at the livery yard with 11th November 2024 when the horse was not even located in the yard she visited until over one month later. She did not actually attend upon the horse until the 8th January 2025. This caused me significant loss in resolving the matter and she has disputed that any of this is her liability. Further, the practice manager Carmela Mitchell is recorded on a telephone call saying that she had 'come up with a story' for my insurer which could have jeopardised the insurance claim and the policy. I would strongly advise against dealing with these people as I have taken the matter to the police and RCVS.
