Can i please say, I had to take my beautiful cat Jessie, in today as she suddenly came down ill, unfortunately we had to make the decision to have her go to sleep, the 2 staff who were on the shift today Sunday, 27.7.25 were absolute amazing with her aswell as me, thank you for your lovely care and empathy towards my Jessie and your sympathy to us both

Just fantastic. Empathetic, straight talking and professional. Their quick intervention saved our English Bull Terrier’s life last night after he bit into a highly toxic / fatal plant and suffered asphyxiation. We feel incredibly lucky to have been within driving distance to them. Cannot recommend enough - such a big thank you to everyone involved.
