Sarah (vet) was fantastic with our very nervous rescue. Exactly what she needed. Have been with these vets for a number of years since before they were taken over. Never had any issues before or now. Highly recommend for practical advice and genuine care of the animals. My only grumble was in the past i've felt one of the reception staff has not always been customer focused. On this visit however Cat and the other lady were lovely.
