  Would of put 0 stars if i could...Had an appointment on Saturday, with my dog, had the consultation costing £113.56 and for the treatment would cost £1000-1600, went out to put the dog in the car, went back in and asked the lady on receptionist if there was a toilet I could use, clearly there was a toilet there next to reception, but she said no, I was going to book the dog in for her treatment but after saying I couldnt use the toilet, bearing in mind there was no-one in there, i didn't bother booking the appointment for the treatment, bearing in mind I had a 20 minute drive home, won't be back.

  Best Vet in Weston! Such lovely staff who care so well for my pets over the years. They take the time to get to know you and your pet and make it a better calmer experience over all. Dan in particular is a familiar face who is always so kind and seems to always want to go above and beyond.

  Been using this vets for a long time now, with my two Cats and has always been excellent. Recently one of them had been very unwell. Had to take her in twice for emergency appointments. Couldn't fault the care and service the whole team provided. Particularly Wilbur who has always been amazing. Sadly had to have her put down. Really feel they did everything they could for her. The whole situation was dealt with great care and compassion throughout. Including payment being requested with discretion. Even received a card signed from the whole team. Many thanks for all of the support.
