Very good vets, all staff are lovely. We recently lost our fabulous little dog and can't thank them enough for the way he was treated in the 9 years of his life.

We are new customers to RBB vets, and my cat, Star, recently had some dental work carried out where a number of teeth had to be removed. Thankfully, the vet was able to save and clean several teeth - at our previous vets I was told all would be removed so I'm very grateful that some were saved (Star is too!). The whole process from booking the original appointment to the aftercare has been wonderful. All of the staff, vets, nurses and receptionists have been caring, friendly and professional. I even received a call the day after the procedure to see how Star was, which I thought was excellent. It's so refreshing to receive this level of care. The service has been exceptional and on behalf of myself and Star, we would like to say thank you to everyone at RBB vets and we highly recommend you.

I originally registered my new puppy with this practice because I was assured that they ran puppy parties for 8-12 week old pups to socialise them with other puppies prior to vaccinations being completed. This never happened because one of the nurses was ill. A national practice charging goodness knows what for treatment can't be bothered to have another nurse to cover for what is a very time critical period? They just couldn't be bothered. Secondly when I called the practice I was constantly referred to as 'Shug'. Very unprofessional and irritating. There was also carcophany of noise in the background making it difficult to have any kind of conversation. When I mentioned this I was told that it is always noisy here shug. I have de-registered. No nothing discussed with me as per your response. However please don't bother - decision made.
