  I have 2 dogs registered here and the vets themselves are great, knowledgeable and empathetic. The problem is the reception team, one in particular. Mike. Not only did he incorrectly put the wrong weight for my dog on the system which was a huge red flag this morning when I visited with my dog being unwell. He then went into immediately talking about payment when I arrived to collect my dog this afternoon. Have some emphay Mike and try to engage with the customer at such a traumatic time. I understand payment has to be made, but you were extremely brash when I arrived. Extremely money orientated.

  We've been so lucky to have Amber taking care of our girl at the Oakham branch. She has needed surgery twice in the last 3 months and from the beginning, Amber was compassionate, caring and knowledgeable. She has always ensured that our decision was fully informed but at the same time was able to put our worries at ease. Both surgeries have gone really well and our girl has recovered without issues. Nurses have also been great at giving all the information we needed, answering all our questions and giving post-op care for Harley, ensuring that she is recovering well. Also, reception staff have always been kind and helpful. We could not be happier with the care provided.

  Over a 2 year period and quite a few appointments. we have had quick appointments, really caring treatment. All of the vets and staff I have found helpful and caring. I would recommend.
