Excellent service. Unfortunate that they felt the need to charge £210 for a consultation which took less than a minute on a dog they were about to put down. Their masks must have been in the wash.

2 months agoOn behalf of Growler the stray black Moggy and myself, I can't tell you much I appreciated the calm and compassion help, advice and treatment we were given by the whole team from the receptionists, to the nurses and a wonderful young vet, named James. Nothing could have been better, except the sad outcome. Every step of the way was so clearly and obviously compassionately explained, right to Growler's last moment. Thank you all, with extra special gratitude to James. You were the best.
