    Tried to do an online order on more than one occasion and it appeared to be successful but I never received the order. Each time I checked there was no record of the order.

    Paid them money £15 to become a member they told me I needed to do that before one of their vets would call me back. I paid called them back later to chase up that I hadn't had a call back. And they said I would get a call. I never did. So awful service and a waste of time and money.
