About

Three Rivers Veterinary Group in Norwich is a branch of the long-established East Anglian practice, bringing veterinary services into the city. The group dates back to 1935 and has expanded from its original Beccles base to serve communities across Norfolk and Suffolk.

The Norwich branch gives urban pet owners access to the Three Rivers network without travelling to rural branch locations. As part of a multi-site group with RCVS-accredited facilities, it can draw on shared expertise and refer cases within the practice when specialist input is needed.

A clean, friendly, warmly-welcoming vets with very patient reception staff. The vets are great and do not try to charge for miniscule things such as applying a Frontline. Far, far better than Willow Vets, who have deceptive vets who would charge for a wet wipe, if they could. So go here, not Willow Vets.

We have been going to this veterinary clinic for over 15 years and have never had a problem. The vets we have seen have always been so lovely.Last Thur we took our little tiny very old soft pug cross for an eye issue. .He was very nervous about anyone looking at his sore eye.The vet I saw I've never seen before and he was very rough and uncompassionate with my dog. He didn't talk to him or try and assure him.He went to wipe his eye so roughly and hard that he said my dog had turned blue so had to stop the exam immediately. For a dog to turn blue is a medical emergency and the vet should have noticed signs if him panicking well before this even occurred. It has traumatised my dog.Secondly they charged us a huge £181 for simply seeing him and a small tube of cream which the vet used a third of while we were there!!! I won't be using this veterinary clinic again

Had yet another bad experience with three rivers, took my labrador in with an injured leg and the vet didn't even inspect his leg which is clearly injured. She made an effort to put a muzzle on him for the assessment. Failed miserably and then proceeded to tell me that he seems fine and will recover with rest.... fund it hard to understand how you can evaluate an injury without checking the injured leg. Won't be using three rivers again as had previous bad experiences and in the process of transferring to a new practice. They appear to be very caring and supportive but in my opinion fallen victim to profiteering
