I have been taking my pooches to vfp for a few years and love the relatively new site building. Bright and airy with plenty of seating and space while you wait. Staff are lovely and so helpful. The vet we have is lovely, down to earth and has a good sense of humour, which helps as sometimes I get more nervous than the dogs. Plenty of parking and easy to find. Also if you want to do a bit shopping, it’s on a retail park. I always stock up at the M & S. Highly recommended

The visit was very emotional for me as I had to say goodbye to me beloved cat Felix. He was a rescue cat, I had him for few years now. It's always hard to say goodbye but the team there was brilliant. Helping me to say goodbye to my Felix.

I cannot praise Vets for Pets Durham enough! We have been coming here for over 20 years and have always received excellent care. Kevin and Aitor are both super, and Richard is simply amazing. As owners of two dogs and three cats, our pets' welfare is our top priority. We have always felt that the team respects this without ever taking advantage of us. They do exactly what is necessary and frequently go the extra mile emotionally, without pushing unnecessary treatments or consultations. Their charges are very, very reasonable.
