Please avoid this Vet practice! They constantly make administration errors, not updating records and they then take no ownership or responsibility for their own mistakes. If you try to complain they're not interested, there is NEVER a manager to speak to so you email them and the never get a response. Then you try the Head Office who just refer you back to the Practice!!! Absolutely appalling service. If you're thinking of going here please don't bother!!!!!

Very good experience today with the very efficient and helpful Portugese vet, the second visit in three weeks.

Best vets I've been to. They care about my cat and they're always helpful. If you have health plan with them them costs are good and much cheaper than elsewhere and everytime I bring my cat in they fuss him and make him comfortable. Recently I had to go to out of hours for vet help as my cat was very unwell, we thought we would lose him, we spent thousands and they couldn't find anything wrong or help, we went back to vets4 pets and they suggested why he may be ill immediately, saw he didn't seem well and instantly got him set up for fluids and potassium and called me back as soon as they'd sorted him. I came back later that day and after a week of worry and tears he seemed much more himself. They saved him. The vet called a week later to check in that he was okay and said they'd been thinking about him and wanted to know, they didn't have to call but they did. They honestly care so much and it makes a difference. Whole heartedly recommend this for anyone who wants the best for their pet
