I had to use the out of hours service today for my cat, unfortunately she had to be put to sleep because of how poorly she was. First I was told the appointment could be done paying as I could afford it, then told free, then told cremation and ashes returned was £110. I then realised they had charged me for communal cremation, when I called to rectify this they said it was £250, when trying to sort it again they called me saying it was actually £750 and it all needed sorting today or it would just be communal cremation. I think it's messed up to expect all of this to just be done after the loss of my animal

We were able to take Pippy straight to the vets and were seen straight away, the staff were kind polite and friendly to us and Pippy, costs were explained clearly, treatment was quick, unable to fully find out what was was so suggested alternative place, we chose Dick White, they did referral Pippy went straight there, all very professional. Would recommend I highly rate them.

We needed to use Vets Now Out of Hours for our poorly dog Archie………they were so empathetic and passionate caring for and looking after Archie and they kept us updated every step of the way………..unfortunately Archie became unresponsive to treatment and we had to make the hardest, but kindest decision for him, that we’ve ever had to make. Vets Now sorted everything with regards to insurance which was one less thing to worry about. Us and Archie couldn’t have been in better hands………
