This vets changed my perception on all vets. They are caring and reasonable, they are not out to get your money but instead to support your animal and you truly through some of the worst things. My Mabel had a routine spay, the vets, nurses and receptionists were kind and understanding, always willing to answer questions, it was quick and simple and they gave brilliant advice. They helped us through aftercare and offered appointments and support when Mabel looked to not be healing brilliantly (she was healing fine, I’m just an anxious Annie!!). Everytime we go in they are efficient and caring, they are worth every single penny and are incredibly reasonable with their prices too! I would trust no other than them to care for my dog.

I have not had an issue with individual staff, they have all been friendly and given useful (but inconsistent) advice. However the way the practice conducts it's fees is unethical. I was made to pay excessively for scripts which was totally unnecessary. They quote vetenary GUIDELINES in their defense, and at no point acknowledged they are purposely skewing the guidelines to their benefit in order to rinse the customers of their money. As I said- unethical. There also seems to be incredibly poor communication between the requests put through regarding prescriptions, the vetenary team, and the admin staff. It took me a month to get a simple request through due to the amount of confusion within the practice, including phone calls from admin staff giving me misinformation and requests for money which were not correct. All this even though my initial request was concise and in writing. I'm currently actively looking for an alternative vetenary practice with better customer service and more ethical standards surrounding cost and billing.
