I had a great experience with the friendly and proactive customer service team, and Alex the vet was fantastic with my cat. I was a little worried as she isn’t used to being handled and can be quite moody and vocal — which she definitely was — but Alex was so attentive, gentle, and caring. I took my hamster for an initial check after finding a lump. At no point was I told there would be any charge for this visit, and there was no tick box or section on their contact form to agree to any fees. After the appointment, I was contacted several times by phone, text, and WhatsApp demanding payment for a charge I was never made aware of. I find this completely unacceptable and misleading. Clear communication about costs should be given before any appointment, not after.
