Excellent experience Gregg looked at Pheobe my dogs needs with kindness softness and care explaining in detail what is required at no time did I or pheobe feel anxious which unfortunately I did and my previous vets, hence why I moved to White Cross Coventry. I would recommend this vets and a no time was put under pressure when various options and costs were explained. Happy I moved vets.

Due to a rather annoying feat of bad luck with my other rat savvy vets I had to try out a new practice with my doe. She was presenting with bleeding from the vagina and I was concerned about pyometra. Wonderfully Robert got me in very quickly and had a thorough exam of her. Then quickly did an ultrasound and took a swab for cytology. We decided to go ahead with the spay and he graciously went ahead at 4:30pm on a Friday afternoon. He was brilliant. Confident and knowledgeable but willing to listen to my experience/knowledge and happy to admit when he wasn't so sure about things. Fair pricing too. Definitely recommend to local rat people.

A new vet practice to the area, my first visit, I took my anxious senior cat for a general health check and flea/worming treatment. The vet was brilliant with her and explained fully with me the next steps...the young ladies on reception were also very helpful and cheerful. Looking forward to my next visit in March. (Plenty of parking, 2 ev charging points and disabled parking spaces.)
