We had an excellent consultation and received great care from Jenna for our cat. She really listened to our concerns and walked us through each step of the process, clearly explaining what would be involved and how much each part would cost before proceeding, something we really appreciated, as not all vets take the time to do this.

Worst vets I've ever been to,wanted my dogs nails clipped,which they did not that well,then asked for a worming tablets I was told to make an appointment to weigh her,next day she weighed her looked her up and down took 2 minutes then worming pills..It came to £128....for what...Tottal rip off ...STAY AWAY IF I WERE YOU

This is not my actual vet but one in the same group that calls were diverted to due to technical difficulties at Hellesdon. I spoke to a receptionist, Georgia, this morning who was just so super helpful and knowledgeable and had had a similar experience to my own with phantom pregnancy and 'drying out' failures! But she knew the vets so well across the practices and was able to advise that I should wait until Tuesday for a follow up. In short just a really lovely, very professional and knowledgeable member of staff that went above and beyond, seeing how they are having to cover another practice's calls. Thank you Georgia.
