I was recommended Rachel services so it made me feel better that I was using someone who had a bit of caring & compasion, unfortunately my little dog Honey had already died & I required the services of cremation I delivered my fur baby to Rachel’s house & was told it would take a week to receive her ash’s. We were so distraught & lost without our girl so we decided to go away for a few days I contacted Rachel & gave her our friends number so Honey could be collected. When we arrived home our girl was waiting for us & my heart ached to think we would never see her again, on closer inspection I looked at her cremation certificate & her name was spelt wrong & also on the sympathy card that was sent bad enough losing your fur baby but I felt this was not very professional. I contacted Rachel & she said it was probably predictive txt that changed it she’s running a business & that is surely part of the service to make sure you have the right information I requested a new certificate she said she would chase it up 4 days later I hadn’t heard from her so messaged her to ask if she had got the new certificate the reply I got was it’s in the post……… This is not the response I expected she is supposed to be professional & running a business bad enough the heart ache your feeling after losing a pet I expected a better service than this.
